Slow Cooked Buffalo Chicken
Fewer things are this simple, foolproof and tasty. I can come home after a thirteen hour work day and not even sweat about having to make food for the next day. I've made this recipe time and time again, and even passed it on to my roommates, who successfully make it every time. Want spicy yumminess? You GOT IT. Follow this recipe and you won't be disappointed.
Feeds 4
- 4 chicken breasts, halved
- 1 bottle of buffalo sauce (I use Frank's red hot)
- 1 packet of dry ranch dressing
- 3tbsp butter
1. Place breasts in the bottom of a slow cooker, cover with buffalo sauce and mix in ranch dressing.
2. Cook on low for 8 hours, then shred chicken with two forks.
3. Add some more buffalo sauce until desired consistency and mix in the butter.
4. Serve on a bun as a sandwich, with desired toppings... or go crazy and make it into a fiery stirfry!
